Regardless of your fitness level Beginner , Intermediate, or Advanced; we will tailor your plan according to your fitness goals with adjusting to any physical injuries (must provide doctors clearance.) We Tailor your Exercise plan to your level of comfortability, whether it be training indoors at home, outdoors, or in the Gym(best for building apple bottoms). Our 30 day Customized Exercise Plan (PDF file) will be easy to follow. A database link will be provided in your PDF file, when searched, a visual video guide of the proper form of each exercise that you may not be familiar with will be available.

what is required of you?

I will provide you with a weekly goal that you will need to report every week. it will be your responsibility to update me with your current weight and performance update.
