- A 30 day PDF meal plan for (pescatarians, vegans, vegetarians, omnivores)

 -10 min challenging HIIT/Tabata  exercise routines 5 days a week that Strengthens and Tones the Core, Sculpts the Tush, Arms, Legs, and minimizes Back Fat.
