My experience with Magda as my personal trainer is like having a personal coach, supporting me throughout my process from start to finish and even following up with me after my training sessions ended. She was not only a trainer but someone I could talk too, she taught me that it wasn't about me just losing the weight and it being a temporary fix but making a conscientious decision to make a life change. Magda has the knowledge, experience, and passion for all that she does. Because of her great work ethic motivational abilities to help me reach my fitness goals. I did it in only one month. It wasn't easy but it was so doable due to push Magda give me day after day.

After taking TWO years off to start my own business, my body defitnely showed it. While I was used to vigorous workouts, I wasn't sure how things would go with being out of the routine for so long. Magda not only made me feel comfortable to jump back in, she was able to pin point my weekness, and determine where to start in order to get me back in the grove of things. The sessions are exactly what I was looking for. Full body workouts, that if i just stick to the meal plan (which is amazing by the way) I will for sure be at my goal in a matter of MONTHS! In a nutshell she made me fall in love with working out again. My good friend claims she already see the a difference in my appearance, not to mention my now thriving business no longer stresses me as I'm able to take it out in the gym!

I followed Magda Civil on IG and immediately knew I needed her to help me with my weight loss journey. For many years I've struggled with my weight due to really poor eating habits. I excerised with Magda 5 days a week and followed a flexiable meal plan. In four weeks I lost 14 pounds! Magda was very motivating. She challenged me to push myself when I wanted to give up and even excercised with me on certain workouts. During the time Magda was training me, she was also training for a bikini competition.
